I can’t say enough good things about Daniel, Edna, Katelyn, Sal and the whole crew at Shingles Roof Direct. Daniel came highly recommend to me when I was looking for some repair work done due to a leak I had in my ceiling. He took the time to walk the roof and explain to me what he thought was going on. He even did a temporary repair free of charge to stop the water that was coming in! Although he was happy to do the repairs for a reasonable cost, he suggested that we reach out to insurance to see what they would say. He personally set up a time to meet with the insurance adjuster. To my astonishment, insurance approved a roof replacement! Without Daniel’s honest assessment and advice, I wouldn’t have pursued a roof replacement. From the beginning to the end of the project, Daniel and his crew treated my home like it was their own. I had never seen a roofing crew so meticulous about demo clean-up. The quality of work was outstanding and the communication was excellent throughout. Katelyn very patiently communicated back and forth with the insurance company when issues arose with trying to get supplemental money for additional repairs during the replacement process(sheathing, flashing, some siding, etc.) knowing that we were getting our house painted also, Edna ordered us a custom nameplate for the front as a thank you for our business. Just genuinely good people who really put their clients first. I will 100 percent recommend them to anyone needing a roof repair or replacement!
